Prices and Payment Methods
The prices of the Products are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all components, including VAT, customs duties, and other charges.
The Customer may choose the following payment methods:

Bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer confirmation of order acceptance, and shipment will be made immediately after the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account and the order is completed);

Cash on personal pickup – payment at the Seller’s personal pickup point (in this case, order processing will be carried out immediately after the Seller sends the Customer confirmation of order acceptance, and the Product will be handed over at the Seller’s personal pickup point);

Cash on delivery – payment to the delivery agent upon delivery (in this case, order processing and shipment will begin after the Seller sends the Customer confirmation of order acceptance and completes the order);

Electronic payment (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer confirmation of order acceptance and after the Seller receives information from the payment service provider that the payment has been made by the Customer; shipment will be made immediately after the order is completed).
The Seller informs the Customer on the Online Store’s website of the deadline by which payment for the Order must be made. In the event that the Customer fails to make payment within the specified deadline, the Seller, after an ineffective payment reminder with an additional deadline, may withdraw from the Agreement pursuant to Article 491 of the Polish Civil Code.
Personal Data Protection
The Seller collects and processes the personal data provided by Customers in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Online Store’s website.
